Liora Beer is a social entrepreneur and artist  who is dedicated to fostering innovative and vibrant urban communities.  She is the Founder and Director of the Fairmount Innovation Lab, a place-based creative incubator and business accelerator that fosters innovation, social impact and the creative economy along the Fairmount Indigo Corridor by empowering/supporting local entrepreneurs and artists, particularly women and minorities, to realize their passions, enliven their neighborhoods and create jobs. Beer is also the Executive Director of Artmorpheus, a not-for-profit organization of which the Lab is a project. 

Beer's experience spans 20 years of work in creative industries, community building, economic development, arts, nonprofits, government and academia. She is the co-founder of New Art Love, a MassChallenge social enterprise.





J. Gustavo is an emerging figure in Boston's creative and entrepreneurship sector. Having worked in the small business sector as an entrepreneurship consultant for LISC, Gustavo helped to create a tipping point for community-based entrepreneurship.  Projects included management of the Resilient Communities, Resilient Families entrepreneurship program and a  business planning course taught under the CWE curriculum.



Tricia Young-Shaw is the Lab’s Program Coordinator. Young-Shaw is Founder and Principal of TLE Consulting Group, a Boston-based management-consulting firm whose sole mission is to improve community-based businesses and help aspiring entrepreneurs launch and grow their businesses.
